Jarosław Kwiatkowski is a graduate of the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw, where he completed the Executive MBA program and postgraduate studies in logistics at the same university. He has over 20 years of experience in procurement management, process optimization, restructuring, business development and project management. He gained his experience in companies such as OTIS Elevator Company, Wincanton, Raben Group, CTL Logistics Group and PKP Cargo Group, where he supervised the area of purchasing and managed the work of a purchasing group. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of CTL Maczki and OT Porty Morskie. He has been with the OT Logistics Group since 2018, initially as Director of Purchasing and then as Vice President and President of the Management Board of Kolej Bałtycka S.A.
